You can permanently delete your Qwotebook account and its associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
Open Qwotebook and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, or don't want to reinstall it, email info@kroneger.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it. We'll process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your name, email address, and password or sign-in credentials (Apple, Google) are permanently removed or overwritten so they can no longer identify you.
Any quotebook you created that you're the only member of — including its quotes, people, and photos — is permanently deleted, including uploaded images.
What's retained
If you belong to a quotebook shared with other people, the quotes, people entries, and photos you contributed to it are kept, since removing them would take away content those other members rely on. They're no longer associated with your name or email once your account is deleted.
We may retain limited information where required by law, such as for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
