Welcome to Qwotebook ("the App"), a service provided by Kroneger LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qwotebook. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@qwotebook.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Qwotebook allows you to create and store quotes, add people (including family members and friends), and share quotebooks with others you invite. You retain ownership of the personal content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting written content to the App (including quotes, descriptions, and annotations), you also assign to Kroneger LLC full ownership of any anonymized version of that written content — that is, any version from which your real name, account information, and images have been removed or replaced. Kroneger LLC may use such anonymized written content within the App and/or in related marketing materials. Your real identity, account credentials, and images are never shared or published in connection with any such use.
You are solely responsible for the content you add, including any information about third parties such as names, dates of birth, and quotes. You must have the consent of the people you add, or an appropriate legal basis (such as parental authority), before entering their personal information. You must not add content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.
The App is intended for use by adults and teenagers aged 13 and older. However, account holders may store information about minors (for example, a parent recording quotes attributed to their child). When you add information about a minor, you represent that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have a legal right to add and store that information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Qwotebook currently offers a free tier. Premium subscription plans may be made available in the future. When premium features are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All purchases of digital goods within the App are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their respective terms.

All rights in the App—including its design, code, branding, and documentation—belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qwotebook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
