Kroneger LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Qwotebook mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Qwotebook. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Authentication credentials (password, or tokens from Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Facebook)

Quotes you save or create
Notes, annotations, and tags associated with your quotes
Collections and organizational structures you create
1.3 Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:
Device type, operating system, and version
App version and unique device identifiers
App usage patterns (e.g., features accessed, session duration)

3. Third-Party Sign-In Services
Qwotebook supports account creation and sign-in through Apple, Google, and Facebook. When you choose to sign in using one of these services:
We receive limited profile information (such as your name and email address) as permitted by that service and your privacy settings with them.
We do not receive your passwords for those services.
Your use of Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in is also governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Protection of rights: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Kroneger LLC, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and user-generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. If you delete your account but have shared “qwotebooks” and “qwotes” with one or more user accounts, those shared items will be retained as long as the other accounts continue to exist; otherwise, if you are the last user of those “qwotebooks” or “qwotes,” then those items will likewise be deleted when you delete your account.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:
Encrypted transmission of data (TLS/HTTPS)
Secure storage of account credentials
Access controls limiting who can access user data
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Qwotebook is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
